Ana Sofia Guerra, Therapist Intern

When you’ve been taught to push through everything, slowing down to feel can be scary. Maybe you’re tired of anxiety, self-doubt, or relationships that leave you drained. Or maybe you’re questioning who you are—your identity, your path, your place in the world—and it feels exhausting to figure it out alone. Therapy offers a space to slow down and connect with what truly matters to you.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in authenticity. Together, we’ll explore the pressures you’re facing, unpack patterns that no longer serve you, and build a foundation that feels honest and supports your growth. I’ll walk alongside you every step of the way, helping you find clarity, confidence, and peace.

A little bit about me: I’m a Mexican American from the Rio Grande Valley, raised between two countries. This shaped how I show up as a person and a therapist. Due to my driven love of human emotion, I earned my degree in Psychology from UT Austin and am completing my M.A. in Counseling at St. Edward’s University.

Whether you’re working through trauma, exploring your identity, or managing life’s daily challenges, I’m here to support you. If you feel we’d be a good match, please reach out.
