Keeley Arnecke, LMFT
Hello and welcome to my page! My name is Keeley and I’m happy you’re here. Finding a therapist that suits what you’re looking for can be difficult, so I appreciate you considering me in your search.
Do you find yourself having the same argument with your significant other and you’re building up resentments? Maybe you have tried making things work, but feel like you haven’t been heard or seen. There’s a sense that something has to change. But how?
Perhaps intimacy isn’t what it used to be, and you want to reignite that spark. Or maybe you and your partner have different experiences of desire and want to talk about those differences, but don’t know where to begin. Possibly you have and it’s been harder (or more complicated) than you expected. Now what?
Let’s talk about it.
I’m a sex therapist that works with individuals and couples on improving communication skills, managing conflict, exploring desire discrepancies, repairing/building trust following infidelity, and resparking intimacy and connection. As a therapist, I’m direct and warm in my approach, and work from a relational perspective. I believe mutually satisfying relationships are important and exist in many different contexts. I’m genuinely interested in getting to know you and your stories so I’m here for the hard conversations as well as the celebrations and good times. I believe every person has a hidden well of strengths. I can help you identify and build upon yours.
When I’m not working with clients, I enjoy spending time with my wonderful husband and two goofball dogs, Winston and Lila. I’m always down to watch a horror movie and am known to bust out in random dance moves. If it sounds like we would be a good fit, reach out and let’s get started!
