Welcome to Therapy Austin and thanks for checking out my page.

I deeply respect the courage it takes to embark on a therapeutic journey, and I’m here to support you in this meaningful process. In therapy, the connection between the therapist and the client is at its core, making it essential to find a therapist who fosters a safe and comfortable atmosphere. I describe myself as warm, genuine, and down-to-earth, and am dedicated to helping you explore and challenge yourself both within and beyond our sessions. When working together, you can expect an authentic and safe space grounded in curiosity and non-judgment. Whatever you bring to sessions will be met with validation, empathy, and, when appropriate, humor. Together, we will explore and learn about your unique experience, needs, and strengths while creating a path forward that is tailored to you.

I work with individuals and couples who may be feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or exhausted, including but not limited to those who are struggling with anxiety, depression, combating low self esteem, processing unhealed trauma, navigating life’s transitions, or managing the challenges life throws our way. I firmly believe that everyone has the potential to heal and attain their dream life, regardless of their starting point, and the cards they were dealt. I’m wholeheartedly committed to guiding you in exploring the deeper roots of the issues you may be facing and will be by your side throughout this journey, supporting you in your quest for healing and growth.

A little about me, I did my undergrad at the university of Arkansas and received my masters in counseling from St. Edwards. I’m originally from Dallas and moved to Austin after college due to the immense amount of outdoor activities available here. In my free time, I like to listen to audiobooks, paddle board, garden, and hang out with my large dog (boxer mix).

If you think we would work well together, please reach out, and let’s begin this journey together.
