Hello and welcome! Finding a therapist is challenging, and I commend you for getting here! I encourage you to reach out if you feel curious, hopeful, or seen when reading this. Being a human is hard! Meaning and contentment often seem elusive, especially in the world we live in today. Rather than telling you how to “fit in” to life, my role is to empower you to discover and pursue whatever you find fulfilling. I particularly enjoy supporting individuals who are working through identity and existential issues. If you’re the type of person who’s almost too self-aware but still struggles to make meaningful change or feel secure in relationships, I’ll probably be a good fit for you.
I particularly enjoy supporting individuals who are working through identity and existential issues. Even if you don’t feel 100% ready, I encourage you to go ahead and reach out. Start with a complimentary phone consultation and see how it goes, especially if you feel like normal talk therapy hasn’t been effective. My approach is slow, warm, and depth-oriented. Let’s get you where you want to be.
When not at Therapy Austin or attending classes at UT, I try to spend as much time as I can with friends and family. Otherwise, you can find me at home hanging with my cats Pickle and Packle. I enjoy cooking, especially when I can share those meals with friends. On the weekends, I try to make sure I move my body by swimming or dancing.
