Hey there! I’m so glad you made it to my page. You’ve taken the first step of finding relief and healing, just by being here. It’s not easy to ask for help, and you should be proud to have come this far.
I believe in looking at healing in a holistic way, while acknowledging every part of yourself. There is no part of you that is bad or wrong, but there may be parts of you that are no longer serving you. Let’s navigate those parts together, so that we can heal and nurture every part.
I work through an intersectional, anti-racist, feminist lens to help clients discover ways to heal their personal trauma, and generational trauma as well. My work is LGBTQIA+ affirming, and I believe that our identities are sacred, and are to be respected and welcomed. I approach body image issues and disordered eating from an intuitive eating/Health At Every Size Lens, and work with clients around fat positivity and fat acceptance. In our work together, I will see you for who you are, and I will walk side by side with you as you move toward healing.
I provide counseling to individuals and couples, and my experience includes depression and anxiety, trauma, sexual assault, domestic violence, life transitions, childhood abuse and neglect, relationship issues, and body image issues.
Outside the counseling space, you might find me hula hooping, practicing Krav Maga, swimming, recording podcasts, spending time with my friends, or my partner, and reading.
I look forward to meeting with you, working with you, learning with you, and collaborating you to create a happy, whole, and fulfilling life. If you are interested in working together, you can reach me at 512/201-4501, ext. 191.
