Congratulations, you’ve successfully completed the first step toward working with a therapist at our agency. Using all the information you input on that form, we will do our best to match you to a counselor who can serve your unique needs.

So, what happens next? Your request is now safely in our system and will be assigned to a staff counselor soon. Once your request has been assigned to and accepted by a counselor, you will receive another email from us sharing the counselor’s name and contact information. That counselor will personally reach out to you via both phone and email to set up a free 10-minute phone-consultation time. During that call, the two of you will determine if you are truly a good fit for each other and, if so, schedule your first counseling appointment. Once you hear from your counselor, please be prompt in coordinating that first phone call — our openings tend to fill up fast!
