Lyndsay Muller, LPC Associate
Hi! Thanks for being here. I know the process of finding a therapist can feel incredibly daunting—but the fact that you’re reading this right now means you’re already taking a brave step toward healing.
Life can be overwhelming. Maybe you feel stuck—caught in patterns or coping strategies that once helped you but now leave you anxious, disconnected, or unsure of how to move forward. We all carry wounds from our past into the present, and healing them alone can be difficult.
As a therapist, I help clients explore these patterns with curiosity and compassion. Together, we’ll uncover the threads connecting your past to your present, identify what’s no longer serving you, and create space for healing and growth.
I work relationally, drawing from attachment theory, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and somatic practices, to help you feel grounded, build healthier coping strategies, and strengthen your connection—to yourself, others, and what brings meaning and fulfillment to your life. I work with individuals and couples to explore new perspectives, helping them loosen their grip on stories that are no longer serving them and highlighting each person’s unique strengths along the way.
I aim to create a warm, non-judgmental space where you can feel seen, understood, and supported in uncovering what truly matters to you. Together, we’ll explore ways to navigate life’s inevitable challenges while staying connected to your joy and purpose.
