Hello! I’m Jessica, a licensed therapist who believes that healing comes from a deep understanding of your unique strengths, the body’s wisdom, and the connections we share with others. In our work together, I aim to create a space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences with curiosity, authenticity, and compassion.

I use a strengths-based approach, focusing on what’s already working for you and building on your natural resources to navigate life’s challenges. I believe that even in the toughest times, you have inherent resilience, and my job is to help you recognize and harness that strength.

I also integrate mindfulness and somatic experiencing into therapy, which means we’ll not only explore your thoughts and emotions but also notice how your body holds and expresses them. By connecting with your body, we can release stored tension and move towards a more balanced, grounded state.

A sense of humor is another tool I bring into the room. Life is messy, and laughter can be a powerful way to lighten the load and offer fresh perspectives on even the most difficult situations. I believe that healing doesn’t always have to be serious—it can also involve moments of playfulness and levity.

Above all, I value the relational aspect of therapy. The connection between us is fundamental to the healing process. I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental environment where you can be fully yourself. I will be curious about your experiences and invite you to explore them in a way that feels genuine and authentic. Together, we’ll collaborate on your goals, building a therapeutic relationship that supports your growth and well-being.

If you’re ready to dive deep and embrace your full potential, I’m here to support you on this journey.
