You may be feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or stuck in a place where life no longer feels steady. Maybe you’re navigating a big transition — graduating, starting a new job, moving to a new city, or adjusting to life as an immigrant or international student. You might feel pressure to “figure it all out,” while also feeling tired, burned out, or unsure of who you are becoming.
I work with young adults who are experiencing anxiety, stress, low mood, and emotional exhaustion, especially those from immigrant, international, or Asian backgrounds. Many of the people I support are balancing cultural expectations, identity questions, and life changes all at once. You may feel pulled between different worlds, or feel like you don’t fully belong in any of them. Therapy can be a space where you don’t have to explain or justify yourself — a place to slow down and make sense of what you’re carrying.
In our work together, you can expect a calm, steady, and nonjudgmental space. I listen carefully and work with clear structure and boundaries, so sessions feel safe and grounded. I take a trauma-informed approach and move at a pace that respects your experiences and your nervous system. My focus areas include anxiety and stress, depression and low mood, life transitions, cultural adjustment, and immigrant experiences.
I am a Clinical Social Work Intern and Graduate Student Therapist in the MSSW program at the University of Texas at Austin. I bring a cross-cultural perspective to my work and offer sessions in both English and Mandarin.

在我们的工作中,我会提供一个温和、稳定、无评判的环境,认真倾听你的经历,并在清晰的结构和边界中陪伴你前行。我采用创伤知情的视角,尊重你的节奏,关注你的安全感与整体状态。我的主要关注方向包括:焦虑与压力、情绪低落、人生转折期、文化适应以及移民相关经验。
我目前是德克萨斯大学奥斯汀分校(UT Austin)社会工作硕士项目(MSSW)的研究生,同时担任临床社会工作实习治疗师。我拥有跨文化背景,并可提供中英文双语服务。
