Kendle Rhodes, LMSW
Hello! I’m Kendle, and I’m really glad you’re here. Reaching out for therapy can feel overwhelming, especially if you’ve been carrying a lot on your own. You might be feeling stuck, exhausted, disconnected, or unsure of where to even begin—and that’s okay. If you’re navigating depression, anxiety, identity exploration, grief/loss, or a life transition, you don’t have to do it alone anymore. Therapy can be a space where you can finally exhale, feel understood, and begin to make sense of what you’ve been holding.
In our work together, you can expect a warm, collaborative space where you are met with authenticity, curiosity, and respect. Your experiences and story matter here. I am deeply committed to providing an affirming space for all identities, where all parts of you are welcomed and honored without judgment.
I hold the belief that you are the expert on your own life. My role is to walk alongside you as you explore your story, better understand your emotions, and build tools to help you move toward a life that feels worth living. I draw from a variety of approaches to support you in navigating intense emotions, building coping skills, and creating meaningful change in your day-to-day life. Together, we’ll work toward helping you feel more grounded, connected to yourself, and more confident in navigating life’s challenges. This process isn’t always easy—but neither is continuing to carry everything by yourself. If you’re here, you’ve already taken a brave first step, and I would be honored to be part of your journey.
Outside of my time with clients, I enjoy spending time with family—especially my three nephews—as well as playing pickleball and sand volleyball!
