About Us

Hey there—I’m really glad you found your way here. Reaching out for support can feel vulnerable, but it’s also a meaningful first step toward change. Whether you’re feeling stuck, navigating a transition, or wanting to better understand yourself and your relationships, therapy can offer a space to slow down, reflect, and move forward with more clarity and intention.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate (LPC-A) who approaches therapy through a blend of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Person-Centered perspectives. I tailor my work to meet your unique needs, helping you build insight, develop practical coping strategies, and create meaningful, sustainable change. I have experience supporting clients navigating stress, anxiety, life transitions, and relationship issues, and have worked with a diverse population including children, adolescents, individuals, families, students, and military-connected members through my military contract work. I am supervised by Samantha Airhart-Larraga, Ph.D., LPC-S, LCDC, NCC (Texas State Board Approved Supervisor).
As a second-generation Asian American, I bring both personal and professional understanding to conversations around identity, cultural expectations, and the intersection of personal and family values. I have a strong interest in women’s health and women’s rights, as well as supporting clients in exploring identity and navigating the complexities that come with it. I strive to provide culturally responsive, nonjudgmental care where you feel heard and respected. I believe therapy is not one-size-fits-all—I meet you where you are while gently encouraging growth at a pace that feels right for you. Outside of the therapy room, I value connection, creativity, and balance, and enjoy spending time with loved ones, caring for my fur babies, exploring new foods, cooking, staying active, reading, writing, watching anime, and playing video games.
