About Us

“The whole is greater than the sum of its parts.” Aristotle
Howdy! Reaching out on your therapeutic journey is a hard step to take. It calls for deep self-inspection and a vulnerability in sharing life’s challenges with another. I am fully committed to helping you feel capable, confident, and supported in exploring how to make changes in your life.
I hold the relationship between client and therapist to be the major force of change in therapy, and I seek to foster a strong relationship with each of my clients based on authenticity, mutual respect, and acceptance. We will create collaborative goals to suit your wants and needs, maintaining a relationship grounded in validation and connectedness. Your well-being is my chief concern, and I will meet you wherever you are in life, bringing along my compassion, curiosity, and warmth.
Life is challenging, full of constant ups, downs, and outright barrel-rolls. I fully believe all individuals have the ability to maximize their life experiences, and I seek to create an accommodating space wherein we can walk this path together. Perhaps something is wearing you down, keeping you out of your stride. Constant thought may invade your mind, habits may seem unbreakable, but relief can be found, fostered, and can flourish. Maybe you just don’t feel comfortable in your own skin. By exploring one’s surrounding thoughts and feelings, expressed and unexpressed, personal growth and freedom are possible.
On a personal note, I spend much of my free time with my family and small friend group. When I’m looking to wind down, I often look to video games, Dungeons and Dragons, philosophical media, or a good ole fashion gut-buster comedy.
If you feel a potential connection and would like to explore ways to heal and grow, please reach out to me.
