Hi there, I’m Bailey! I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Associate who understands that reaching out for therapy can feel like a big, vulnerable step. I’m honored to be part of your search and to be considered as a potential support on your path.

Therapy, to me, is both a space and a relationship. It is a place where we come home to ourselves, where healing begins not with fixing, but with feeling. I believe that emotion is essential to the healing process. When we give our inner experiences the attention they deserve, something begins to shift. My approach is person-centered, grounded in deep respect for your story and your pace. I show up with warmth, presence, and a direct but compassionate way of engaging you and the people you love.

I partner with individuals, couples, and families who are seeking greater understanding, healing, and connection in their lives. You may feel exhausted by repeating the same arguments, carrying the burden of anxiety or OCD, or struggling to adjust to changes in your family or relationships. Many of my clients come seeking relief from conflict, clarity during transitions, and a stronger sense of connection with their family members or partners. Whether you are healing from trauma, mourning a loved one, or working through intimacy concerns, I am here to support you. Therapy offers a compassionate space to explore these experiences with honesty and care.

My work is shaped by family systems theory and attachment science. I draw on Emotionally Focused Therapy to help us recognize emotional patterns and unmet needs and to move toward healthier, more secure ways of relating. Whether you come in alone or with a partner, we will view your experiences through the context of your relationships, your history, and the strengths that you carry.

Starting therapy is a vulnerable step. If we work together, I aim to support you with care and curiosity. I honor the complexity of your story and would be privileged to walk alongside you on this journey.
