Are you looking for a therapist who is down-to-earth and has been through it? It’s me! I use my education and personal experience to explain how to build happiness and/or manage mental health using everyday language and metaphors anyone can relate to. I spent years suffering with depression, anxiety, and general unhappiness; it was not fun. I learned how to change my life and manage my mental health; I’d love to share my methods with you. As a professional musician, my life has been an eclectic one, allowing me to connect with all kinds of people of different ages, backgrounds, sexualities, religions, and politics.
I truly love people and whatever differences there may be between us, I am empathetic to your experience and will help you to set your life on a new course. Whether it be unhappiness/unfullfillment; relationships problems with your partner, family, or at work; depression/anxiety; or just having a difficult time in general, I am here to offer you support.
My methods are a combination of CBT, DBT, and ACT alongside ancient eastern philosophies such as mindfulness. My approach is help you figure out how you might change your behavior and environment, while also addressing how to adapt your thinking and relationship to the world.
