Sorry! Jaqui is not accepting new clients at this time.

Hey there, so glad you’ve stopped by! I’m Jaqui, and I’d be honored to join you on your therapeutic journey.

The path toward self-discovery and healing looks different for everyone. Whether you’re navigating complex emotions like anxiety, depression, or grief, or facing challenges in your relationships with family, friends, or colleagues, therapy offers a space to pause, reflect, and reconnect with yourself on a deeper level.

Our identities — shaped by culture, family, history, and lived experience — often intersect with the struggles we face. In our work together, I aim to hold space for those intersections with care, sensitivity, and honesty. My goal is to help you explore your story, build resilience, and reclaim your voice in a world that may not always understand your unique perspective. I bring a warm, non-judgmental, and authentic presence to therapy. My approach is grounded in person-centered, humanistic, and trauma-informed care, with a focus on holistic well-being. I believe therapy is not only a place for healing past wounds, but also for growing into a more empowered, fulfilled version of yourself. Together, we can unpack the complex parts of your experience, celebrate your strengths, and challenge the narratives that no longer serve you — all while moving toward a life that feels more aligned and meaningful.

A little about me: I’m a first-generation Mexican American and the first in my family to attend college. I’m fluent in Spanish and proud to offer bilingual therapy. I received both my Bachelor’s in Psychology and Master’s in Counseling from St. Edward’s University. My professional background includes working with teens and young adults in college admissions/higher education, intensive case management, and facilitating mental health and wellness groups — all through a trauma-informed and holistic lens.

Outside the therapy room, I enjoy going to concerts, dancing, thrifting, crafting, sipping coffee, and spending time with my partner and our two black cats. If you’re ready to explore, heal, and grow, I’d love to hear from you. Click the button below or reach out directly at 737-227-1927, and let’s begin this journey together.
