Jaqui Olvera, LPC Associate
I’m so glad you’ve stopped by! I’m Jaqui, and I’d love to join you on your therapeutic journey.
The journey toward self-discovery and healing can take many forms. Whether you’re grappling with complex feelings like anxiety, depression, or grief or navigating challenges in relationships with family, friends, or colleagues, therapy offers a space to pause, reflect, and understand yourself more deeply. Life’s challenges often intersect with our identities—shaped by culture, history, family, and personal experiences.
In our work together, I aim to create a space to explore these layers with care and sensitivity, helping you gain clarity and find your voice in a world that may not always understand your unique perspective. I believe in empowering individuals to reclaim their narratives, build resilience, and challenge societal expectations or limitations that may hold them back. Therapy is about more than just healing from past wounds; it’s about expanding your understanding of who you are, how you relate to others, and how you navigate the world. Together, we can unpack the complex parts of yourself, celebrate your strengths, and challenge the stories you’ve been told—working toward a life that feels authentic and fulfilling.
If you’re ready to explore, heal, and grow, I’d love to hear from you! Click the link below or reach out directly, and let’s begin this transformative journey together.
