Life is hard, and pain is an inevitable part of being human. Many of us develop strategies to cope with life’s challenges—whether that’s numbing our emotions, being self-critical, or engaging in behaviors that once helped us survive. Over time, these strategies and behaviors often do the opposite of what they were intended to do, leaving us feeling disconnected, stuck in old patterns, and overwhelmed.
As a therapist, I help clients explore these patterns with curiosity and compassion. Together, we’ll explore the threads that connect your past to your present, identify what’s no longer working, and create space for healing and growth. Incorporating somatic practices, we’ll work to deepen your connection with yourself and help you feel more grounded in the present. I strive to create a space that is warm, authentic, and nonjudgmental.
My goal is to support you as you navigate life’s challenges—helping you quiet self-doubt, connect with your feelings and values, shed what is no longer serving you, and move toward a life that feels more aligned with who you truly are.
