Hi, I’m Taylor!
You may be going through a difficult time or seeking a safe space for self-exploration. Take a second and think of the huge, and probably uncomfortable, step you are taking towards supporting yourself. You are worth putting the work in. You deserve a non-judgmental, warm, supportive space to reflect on your experiences. That is what I am here to provide.
If you’re feeling overwhelmed by thoughts or emotions and struggling to find direction, I help individuals cultivate meaningful changes by aligning their actions with their core values. In our sessions, we will work together to meet your goals by combining Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), parts work, somatic work, mindfulness, and emotion-focused techniques. Together, we can figure out what a fulfilling life would look like for you.
With the pressure to be successful, navigate relationships, deal with systemic injustices, cope with internal turmoil, and to keep it all together, it can be overwhelming. You may be struggling with past experiences or trying to explore who you are now. Whatever you are facing, you don’t have to do it alone. I offer a space for you to understand how all of these things interact and might be affecting your experiences. I aim to build a strong therapeutic relationship where you are seen and accepted. I enjoy working with teens, young adults, LGBTQIA+ individuals, and those facing perinatal or postpartum struggles.
Outside of sessions, I’m reading, sewing, spending time with friends and family, and traveling.
