Simone Babineaux, LPC Associate
Supervised by Caleb Matthews, LPC-S, LMFT-S
Hello! Welcome to my page. Asking for help can be a daunting task, and I want to commend you on your courage for taking the first steps. Humans are social beings and are not meant to face life’s challenges alone.
I believe that an important part of healing is to acknowledge every part of yourself. Every part plays a purpose and some parts may no longer benefit you. My goal is to explore these parts with you to work towards an understanding that there are no bad parts.
As your therapist, I aim to provide a safe and non-judgmental environment that promotes nurturing every part of yourself. I believe that counseling is a collaborative process where we will work together to address concerns that you may have. Overall, I believe the most important part of counseling is in developing trusting relationships with my clients and I strive to build that trust from the first interaction.
I provide counseling services to teens, individuals, and couples. My experience includes clients that struggle with depression, anxiety, LGBTQ+ identities, trauma (relational and childhood), sexual abuse, and life transitions.
I am looking forward to collaborating with you on a path toward acceptance of every part of yourself.
