As a therapist, I collaborate with clients to offer a supportive and compassionate space to explore life’s challenges and experiences and foster growth and greater wholeness. In my work, I take a holistic and integrative approach to therapy, combining mindfulness, Somatic Experiencing, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and expressive therapies. Humans are beautifully complex, therefore my approach aims to honor that complexity.
With a background in postpartum doula work, I am particularly drawn toward issues surrounding perinatal and postpartum well-being, as well as the intricacies of family life. With a deep understanding of the challenges individuals face during times of transition, I am passionate about helping clients cultivate strength, resilience, and healing.
I am also experienced in processing trauma, grief, and loss, offering support for those navigating depression and anxiety. I am currently pursuing EMDR certification to further enhance my ability to guide clients in overcoming trauma and emotional distress.
Outside of therapy, I enjoy spending time outdoors, trying new cuisines, and learning from the unique stories of those around me.
